System pasting 'com.glide.notification.inbound.EmailWrapper@' on every incident and task tickets

Hello All,

We have encountered with an unknowable issue as system is pasting some comments on incidents and tasks as well.

Comments are "com.glide.notification.inbound.EmailWrapper@" and also an inbound email which was triggered in direction to same ticket is added in the ticket by system whereas actually the inbound email is showing a future time for receival than the mail pasted by system in ticket.

Please help us to resolve the issue here.

Hi,

Sounds like you have a dodgy inbound action that has a poorly created script. Have you identified the email to see (via the email logs) which inbound actions are running?
