System Setting for Default Font

Apologies if this is posted elsewhere, I just can't seem to find an answer.
All of our email notifications are in Times New Roman by default. I would like to change this to Calibri, to match with our internal corporate communications. Does anyone know where the system setting is to change all outbound communications to a particular font and font size?

Have you found a solution to align the watermark font to the rest of the email?

Hi Julien,
You could add a business rule on the email table which checks for new records which contain a watermark, detect it and next wrap it in a DIV-tag which will include your styles.
Other option would be to make the watermark invisible using the property "glide.email.watermark.visible"
