System status not reflecting the current Outage in Serviceportal Homepage

Hi Experts,

We have an Outage (P1) raised in Prod, but it doesnt get reflected in Service portal homepage under System status.

System status still shows, No system is reporting an issue. Can anyone help me figure out why it doesnt show the current outage.

For outage to be visible on System status you need to the the steps mentioned in the below thread:-
