Tag Based Mapping Error : no map available, please add an entry point error during tag based mapping

I'm trying to create a tag based service map.
I have created CI categories and Service Family. But when I select and map service candidate it gets mapped successfully but when I click on view map it gives me this error "no map available, please add an entry point error during tag based mapping".
what could be the cause and how to resolve this.
Help me out!

Yes even I am facing the same issue. When I try to view any tag based maps, it says
"This service is empty. Add some entrypoints on the service form"
