Hi community,
I recieved an incident that the 'take me to the incident' button in our emails are pointing to a IP Address instead of the DNS name. Since we are getting the IP Address the email is being flagged as suspicious.
I checked our email links and ensure that we are using the system property glide.sys.servlet_path also which I am not sure if it did or did not, but this property is empty. Could this be the reason why or has anyone seen this before? Look for any guidance on where to look next for this. I have reached out to the exchange team and they state it isn't them replacing DNS with an IP. I am a bit lost on this one.
