Need help in understanding "Task Definition" in service catalog. I know that it will create a task in the RITMs.
I am confused how we can assign task to particular assignment group and how we can configure workflow/flow designer for that catalog item where we used task defination
There are many ways , you can assign task to particular group.
In the workflow you can select 'Catalog task' in the core , in that select 'Value' as 'fields' and 'Fulfilment group' as group you want to assign. refer image
