Customer requires tasks created based on user input from form.

Have created a servicecatalog item with a simple execution plan (see below) we will require certain tasks exectuted when fields on the originating form are set (E.G. Region - UK, Region - France etc - each region will have variations on the tasks required)

And what is your question? Do you have the tasks defined in a workflow or flow designer? Have them created based on the variable you mention? I don't see a question, only a statement of what you are doing, but since this is the question section, I assume something isn't going as you expect it to. It's just not clear what the issue is.

When UK (for example) is selected on the form - only tasks appropriate for UK are created and sent to the UK groups - how do I do this?
