Environment is setup with IT Service Management for Microsoft 365 application and am finding that when a Teams chat is imported into either an incident, change or request, and that inc, chg or req is closed, the Teams chat is automatically closed and all users in the chat are removed. I would like to prevent this from happening. I was able to find in our dev environment, that when I uncheck the active box in the Close Microsoft Teams Chat Flow business rule that runs on the sc_request table, I am able to close a request without the Teams chat that was imported from being closed. Is this the recommended way to stop chats from closing or is there a better way to accomplish this? Any help or guidance will be much appreciated!
