Teams Chat Integration with Security Incident Response

Does anybody have an idea on how to integrate Microsoft Teams for Security Incident response? I only found a plugin Microsoft Teams Chat Connector for Security Incident Management but doesn't have an idea on how to enable the chat feature for SIR.
