Teams virtual agent not responding

Hi Everyone ,

 

We are working on Teams servicenow VA integration , The bot  virtual agent in teams was responding till yesterday , but from morning its not responding. I tried "hi", bye , restart . Also tried by re running the scheduled job -Time Out Abandoned VA Conversations and tried the below fix also. but no help 

1. Log in as admin.
2. Go to "sys_cs_client_adapter.list" and find the record associated to the affected user.
3. Delete this record.
4. Run "gs.cacheFlush()" in the background script to clear the cache of the instance.

 

Im getting the below error in the log ,

Please help me in this
