I'm trying to run some tests on AI Search. I would like to integrate this into the Virtual Assistant, but first I need to understand the AI Search Action a bit better.
I have followed the Quick Start guide and indexed the knowledge table (kb_knowledge).
I have located the AI Search action in Flow Designer:
I am testing this action with the a search string that exactly matches one of the knowledge articles in the kb_knowledge table (article is active).
The test completes without error, however there are no matches found.
Any ideas how I can troubleshoot this issue?
