Test failures after Upgrade to Certification Self-Test Tool 3.1.0

We have a UI page in our application and it gives following 2 errors after upgrading Self-Test Tool to 3.1.0, could you please let us know what fix is required ?

I am thinking very wide, please try to repair the plugin once. it might fix issue. else log a now support case.
