The change in the HTML body format of the "Incident worknoted for ITIL' after Xanadu upgrade

"We have a ServiceNow notification called 'Incident worknoted for ITIL'. After the Xanadu upgrade, the HTML body format of this notification changed automatically when work notes are added. Previously, the emails were formatted correctly, but now the format is different. How can we revert to the previous format?

navigate to the 'Incident worknoted for ITIL' notification definition, scroll down and there is a related link added by SNUtils to see the versions:

There the versions can be compared and eventually reverted...

Thanks, KamilT. However, I don’t see the 'SNUtils to see the versions:' option in my instance. Thanks!

Hi @Aditya1204 

It is an extension of a browser. Google the name “SNUtils” and install it in your browser (unless it is not forbidden by your employer).

 

or navigate to sys_update_version table and locate your record by sys id there
