@Anand Kishore Unfortunately, there is no official support available from ServiceNow to address PDI related issues. You can wait for some more time to see if your instance comes back online. If it doesn't come online despite waiting for a couple of hours then I recommend releasing this instance and request for a new PDI.
Hope this helps.

Hope your issue get resolved now. Just to update there is no official support available from SN for PDI, which means if PDI is not available no one can help. But from experience, either you can wait for sometime , PDI may come back or release this instance and take a new one.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @Anand Kishore ,
Unfortunately there is no official support for PDIs now so all you can do is wait.
This is generally back up in a few hours but could take longer if there are issues.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution.
Thanks & Regards,
Sumanth meda

Hi there,
Sorry to hear that!
Don't get me wrong, though posting your question here won't do anything. We all cannot do anything for you. As you probably already know, there is no support for PDIs, this is already for a while, nothing new, thousands of similar posts have been made.
Only thing you can do:
1) Wait and hope your PDI gets back alive
- OR -
2) Request a new PDI
Be aware, PDIs can always suddenly (and without any notice) drop. So always backup your work.
Kind regards,
