Hi ,

My personal  Instance is showing offline for a long time. How to solve this?

Hey ServiceNow team,

 

I see The instance is offline.Please check again in a few minutes message in my developer account. It's offline since 9 am this morning and not fixed yet. Are there any general issues? As other users stated above, I could not find give feedback button too. Is there any action that I can take in order to start the instance?

I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:

  1. There is no support available for PDI.
  2. If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
  3. You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.

There have been 3-4 posts in the community today about PDI failures or unavailability. Based on the responses, you might need to wait 1-2 days and hopefully, the PDI will be back online.

My instance got online back but still I am facing some issues while loading applications and screens. I'll wait a bit longer as you suggested. If it's not going to be fixed by Monday, I can release my instance and request a new one.
