The operation couldn't be completed.(Requestor.NowAPIError error 6.)in ServiceNow now mobile iOs app

I have configured a push mobile notification which has two buttons "Accept" and "Reject" and which works when a request's approval is triggered.
Both button when clicked form an Android device works very well but throws an error when clicking the button from an iOS device.
The error : "The operation couldn't be completed. (Requestor.NowAPIError error 6.)"

Please let me know how we can resolve this or let me know if I am misunderstanding the source of the issue.

One more thing to notice here: In the android device the buttons are available without a long press but in iOS we need a long press on the notification for getting the buttons.

We are facing the exact same issue with push notification action buttons on iOS.

Did you manage to find a resolution or workaround for this? It would really help us as well.

The issue still persists and a HI Case is going on as well. Will let you know once I have the resolution.
