The "Post Incident Report" tab doesn´t appear

Hello dear community, I need your help:

 

Every time a person resolves a major incident, it automatically pops up the "Post Incident Report" tab. Please see photo attached.

 

In the instance where I work this doesn´t happen and I don´t know why.

 

I have tried to find out how to make this tab appear, but I have not been succesful yet.

 

Can anytone help me with this?

Hello,

Are you saying you've seen it working in another instance, but not the one you work. Can you give more information? Is this a personal developer instance and you're trying to learn more about the MIM process? On the instance where it's not appearing is Major Incident plugin activated?

Per documentation, when an Incident goes through the Major Incident process, the tab appears: https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/tokyo-it-service-management/page/product/incident-managemen... 

I'd recommend checking all settings to ensure MIM is fully activated and that the Incident record you're talking about is going through the MIM process.

If all of that is working and set appropriately, I'd recommend checking to see if you have any UI Policies/Client Scripts customized to the point where it's blocking the Major Incident tab from being visible.
