The "view" section in the Incident form context menu is missing.

The "view" section in the Incident form context menu is missing. It is available in the Incident list context menu and on the form context menus for other tables besides Incident. I recently came on to help with ServiceNow development and the people who did our implementation of Service Now are no longer here so I can't reach out to them. I have searched through the wiki, settings, business rules, and client scripts and can't find anything. I was hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction. Any ideas?

Looks like I figured it out. Apparently if a "View Rule" is active then the "View" context menu is disabled. Is this regular behavior for Service Now?

If you are not an admin user, then there is a role that is required to change the view, view_changer.

Thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately, I am currently an Admin user and I can access the "View" context menu for everything else except the forms on the incident table. The same goes for all other Service Now admins in our organization. No one can get it to show up. I'm thinking custom code was written upon implementation long ago and now those people are no longer here.

Hi Harris,

In our Instance ,we have multiple views for Problem and we are getting context Menu in each view .

But in Change we are not getting the same Context Menu. This is only happening only @Fuji patch 3.

Please let me know if you have workaround for this.
