The 'Reply', 'Reply all' and 'Forward' buttons on emails tab in CSM workspace is not working

The 'Reply', 'Reply all' and 'Forward' buttons on emails tab in CSM workspace is not working for outbound emails and only visible for inbound emails.
The email with only type as 'Received' could see all three buttons in the workspace emails tab. Seems OOB but no proper documentation on this behavior. Can anyone confirm why is this behavior so? Where can we configure or control this behavior to show those buttons for send-ready emails? Any documentation on this behavior?
