There is incident form. On incident form there is, incident task related list.

There is incident form. On incident form there is, incident task related list. On incident task related list there is new & add UI action. I want to show that ui action if incident is in in progress state. How will you achieve?

 

 

How can i achieve this, not getting the logic to how to achieve this

Any help will be appreciated, thanks in Advance.

I think this is OOTB, you can check these 2 posts which will give you an idea. Also try this in PDI, as I think it is the OOTB behaviour that you are looking for.
