Though the field is having data ,field incomplete error displays

I am submitting a customized service portal form with parameterized data.

I have a mandatory field on the form where I need to enter a phone number ,which I am passing through parameters.

But while submitting the form I am getting Some field are incomplete error for that field though data is there for those fields.

This error occurs only for a few random data from the parameters passed.

Manually I am able to submit the form with same data.

You can see from the screenshot, that though data is there in the field,its shows in red(which shows no data)

Please check the field if you have additional validations in place.

No Additional validation. while running Automation test (ATF)Its failing for couple of data from the dataset. each time data is different .

Hi @SuchiP 

Remove that data set for which the error is coming,

Try creating it in new ATF test, if it does not work there also then it is because of customization.

P.S: It should totally work as it is not such a big functionality, you must be mission out something, that's why I am telling you to create a new test and test that data set out.
