Hi All,
I have requirement i.e Tickets should not be assigned to groups that don't have these below roles: release_v2_admin & release_v2_user
for ex: features tickets.

Hi @Kaleem Shaik ,
You can add Reference qualifier condition as shown below in the dictionary of assignment group, it will give you the groups which has roles release_v2_user or release_v2_admin ,

Hi swathisarang98,
How to set/limit this condition for only in features tickets (features module). This condition should not be applicable for incident tickets, change task, & catalog task.

Hi @Kaleem Shaik ,
Could you please check that assignment group field dictionary so that you will get to know if it is extending from any other table like Task, if yes then if you make changes it will be global(it will effect incident, change etc..)
