Time picker for start time and end time

Hi experts

The following scenario: We have a form on which a date (u_date) must be specified. If several conditions are true, a time from (u_start_time) and to (u_end_time) must also be entered. However, the date may only be at that of u_date.

Unfortunately, we cannot find a time picker field in ServiceNow. Thats why we thought about using the field type "Date/Time" for u_start_time and u_end_time. The date cannot be adjusted and is read only but the time needs to be selected. Is there a way to set this in ServiceNow?

Or is there possibly a completely different solution?
