Hi all,

I have created an indicator,which shows the case age >60 days and <60days  in each month. For this I have created a bucket group and pa script for breakdown which will measure the age and put the cases in group.

When I include the widget in the dashboard for yearly it shows the graph bar even for old days (2024) but no record were created in 2024. Everything was started from 2025.

Have you verified your script and your buckets? Based on the description (which is in general hard to state something from), I would state that this is were your issue sound to be.

Yes all the data are correct. Only concern is that, for last year also data is getting shown in the breakdown <60 days ,but at that time no record were there. Is this expected behaviour?

Hi @deepak45 ,

It really depends on your configuration of the widget and how much data that you have captured. E.g. if you haven't limited the widget to only show last 12 months etc.

Hi @AndersBGS,

Widget is showing last 1 year data only. June 2024 to June 2025.

But the record creation started from Jan 2025. There was no older record than this.
