Tiny URL issue

Hi All,

Tensai team creates tiny URL in their side backend and when they use that tiny URL in ServiceNow REST API EXPLORE and POSTMAN to get the record it show's null value in response and get the error -1,
That's why data is not coming on Tensai Team's widget.
Please find the blow attached snapshot.

Can anyone help me on this why this error showing in servicenow.

What is the Tensai team? And why do you have to use a tiny URL in the first place? What are you trying to achieve?
