how to change 'now' icon displayed on SN title bar? I want to put my company icon there.

You can go to System properties--> My Company --> update the banner image

If you do no find Banner image option there then add the field in the form layout by personalizing it.

U have not understood me.

I do not want to change banner image. I want to change title bar image which is displayed at the top.

now - icon displayed on every tab of sn instance which you open.
