TM Forum provides a range of resources, tools, and platforms that help members develop and implement best practices, frameworks, and standards in areas such as digital transformation, customer experience, data analytics, Internet of Things (IoT), 5G, open APIs, cloud services, and more. Its core assets include:

  • Frameworx: a comprehensive set of industry standards and best practices for managing and delivering digital services. It covers business processes, information models, application frameworks, and integration interfaces, and provides a common language and architecture for the industry.
  • Open APIs: a set of standardized, open application programming interfaces that enable seamless integration and interoperability among different systems and services. TM Forum has developed a suite of over 50 Open APIs, covering areas such as billing, customer management, product catalog, service assurance, and more.
  • Collaboration platforms: a range of online and offline platforms that enable members to connect, share knowledge, and collaborate on projects and initiatives. These include the Catalyst program, which brings together cross-industry teams to develop proof-of-concept solutions, and the Digital Maturity Model, which helps organizations assess their digital capabilities and benchmark against peers.

Thanks,

Ratnakar
