Too many other error while updating tagged based application service

Hi Team , 

 

can any one please help me on this issue?

 

 

table :- csdm_app_services

 

only while updating 'tagged' based application service, while changing the name, only we getting this error , when we click on update button .

in the below image , i have just added 1 in the name , when i click on update button , throughing this error .

 can anyone please provide me the solution for this . 

please steps to fix this issue , 

if possible please provide screenshots for better understanding.

According to the article check if the dictionary entry of the field "name" is  set as active true.
