Tooltip for the Gear Icon (Settings Icon) in the List View of a Workspace?

I want to change the tooltip for the gear icon (or settings icon) in the list view within a workspace. Specifically, I want to modify the tooltip that appears when opening the list view in the workspace.  out of the box its Link actions tooltip..  How can I achieve this? Please provide the correct steps to accomplish it.

To make this change, you need to identify the correct UI action. I attempted this in my PDI but was unsuccessful. It seems like there might be some hidden code that isn't easily accessible, making it difficult to modify. You could consider logging a Now Support case to get further assistance on this.
