Topics not added to Mega menu in Employee center

Hi All,

Child topics Added to the OOB Taxonomy are not reflecting in the Mega Menu in Employee Center. Even after adding the child topics and connected contents only the items which got as demo are displaying.

Can you please try following -

1. Cache issue: Clear the cache in your browser and refresh the page to ensure that the Mega Menu is loading the latest changes from the Taxonomy. Sometimes, the browser cache can prevent the updated Taxonomy from being displayed.

   1.  Verify that the child topics are properly configured within the Taxonomy. Ensure that the child topics have the correct parent topic assigned and that their visibility settings are configured appropriately.

Try logging out and logging again. 

Only the active topics that have connected content are shown in the mega menu. For example, ensure all child topics have connected content. 

You can view topics on the mega menu only if you have access to at least one connected content.

Please hit the thumb and Mark as correct based on Impact!!

If it doesn't work after logout and login then consider checking the access to the items in the child topics.
