Hi,
We have some system properties that are changing its value itself and affecting Project.
One of them is with system property 'com.snc.guided_tours.sp.enable' , in July Its value changes to 'True' and TOUR section enable on Service portal. We did not require this functionality however it is enabled by itself . Why does this happen and how can we stop it ?
Solved! Go to Solution.

Hi @Lakshya Chaudha ,
Check you are updating it from the correct scope Global, i am able to update it to false and make sure to Ignore Cache to True(Warning MessageUpdating this record with Ignore cache unchecked can cause serious performance impact from a whole system cache flush)
Raise HI case if it is happening after upgrade.
Mark it as helpful and solution proposed if it serves your purpose.
Thanks,
Anand

Hi Lakshya,
Did you check if this happened after your ServiceNow upgrade or check if there is a scheduled flow or flow designer that is setting the value.
