Hi Team,

Can anyone help me on urgent basis.

for admins transfer type methods are visible. But not for agents. What could be the issue.it is showing as blank.

Have you configured the HR Transfer with the appropriate HR criteria? Sounds like you have not configured the criteria to allow for agents to be able to see it. Here is the docs: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/xanadu-employee-service-management/page/product/human-resources/c...

@Community Alums what criteria need to use? we need to add criteria both existing and new transfer cases?

@Community Alums they are able to see if they are opened by and opened for, but other sceanrio not working.
even after configuring hr criteria
