Hi Team,
Can anyone help me on urgent basis.
for admins transfer type methods are visible. But not for agents. What could be the issue.it is showing as blank.

Hey @Vinya Jakkula
Do you have the transfer case configurations setup the same for ALL COEs? The criteria on the "PE Case" make is so your HR Criteria of "Active Employees - All" allow for all employees to transfer to that COE I believe. So for folks to be able to see the other COE's to transfer to, they have to be configured as such in the transfer criteria.
