transform map and script include

I have a data load tat creates an import set.  It does not, however run the transform (for various reasons) so I am kicking it off manually.  I need to execute the transform via a script include.  The API calls do not appear to allow me to select an import set record and execute it's transform.  They want me to insert a new import set record.  

Has anyone been able to do this?

I remember doing this for a client. Could you share the code that's written for this? or do you need the script?
