Translation error in additional comments/worknotes

Hi,

 

I have this issue recently where if I click on translate in additional comments or work-notes, I am getting a black block below saying try again. I have attached the images below. I have also installed Dynamic translation plugin.

1. Log out of your instance, clear your browser cookies and cache, and log back in.

  If you are Admin, you can  perform Cache.do  and check

 

2.Navigate to your User Profile > Preferences > Theme. Switch your theme to the standard/default out-of-the-box (OOB) theme rather than a custom dark theme to see if the pop-up renders correctly

 

3. Note that English (US) is often unsupported or causes glitches in Dynamic Translation; change your language preference to standard "English" in User Preferences > Language & Region
