Translation not working for Sys Choice Value on Portal Record producer

I have created translation values for German translation in sys_choice table via a transform map .However some values get translated and some don't.
The Choice field is on a scoped table.Any one has faced a similar issue.

Hi,
Did you try to clear instance cache using cache.do and logout and login again
