Translation of "stage" on sc_req_item

Hello everyone,

I am experiencing an issue with the translation of the Stage [stage] field on the sc_req_item table.

I have tried:
1- Adding a translated choice in the required language via Stage → Configure Dictionary → Related List: Choices
2- Changing my account language (setting it to Italian), navigating to the sys_hub_flow_stage table, and renaming the labels of the relevant stages

However, nothing seems to work. I would like to clarify that these stages are generated from Flow / Flow Designer, not from Workflows.

I found some discussions on the Community indicating that this was a known issue, with a user referencing an old case opened with ServiceNow. Since that post is quite dated, I was wondering whether there have been any updates or if anyone has encountered the same issue recently.

Thank you in advance.

This is a known limitation with Flow Designer stages. Even though you tried adding translated choices and updating labels in sys_hub_flow_stage, Flow Designer does not support dynamic translations for the Stage field like workflows do.

You can also verify this by opening a support case with ServiceNow.

If you found this helpful, feel free to mark it as the correct answer.

I believe this is a known thing that stages don't get translated for RITM

you can confirm this by raising a case with ServiceNow.
