Tree Picker for a Reference field on a catalog item

I have a reference field on a catalog Item which refers to a table and when user selects a record, it displays a full folder path like - \\corp.xxx.com\fs\poc\test\test1 in Service Portal

Instead of displaying this way for the end user, we want the path to be displayed as Tree Picker.

I have no idea about this, Could anyone please let me know how to achieve this?
