Trigger multiple Approvals on Custom fields

Hello Team,

We have custom field on Knowledge article called review Approval which is refers to group table and its list type. 

Now our requirement is to trigger multiple approval before publish state, whenever select multiple groups in review approval field. this needs to be achieve via flow designer .

We have created one flow as per below screenshot:-

simply select that field and pick the groups in the Ask for Approval flow action

This is the screenshot I am not able to see Approval and Approval history field on kb_knowledge table which not extended from tasks . 

How  we can achive this  below is the screen shot ?
