Trigger multiple Approvals on Custom fields

Hello Team,

We have custom field on Knowledge article called review Approval which is refers to group table and its list type. 

Now our requirement is to trigger multiple approval before publish state, whenever select multiple groups in review approval field. this needs to be achieve via flow designer .

We have created one flow as per below screenshot:-

I am able to do so on kb_knowledge table and able to select the reference field

are you not able to select the list field?
