Hi: I want to have a trigger on sys_email table in flow designer, but the table is not there to select. Any idea how to enable it?
Thank you!

Hi @ritaaudi
For that use the inbound action in flow and trigger on incident table. Don't do any thing on sys email.

so you want to do something when Reply type email comes on incident table?
why not use business rule for this?
something like this
OR
why not handle the logic in your inbound action itself of type Reply

it's OOTB system table and system won't allow you to select that in flow trigger
this KB says the same
Cannot select emal [sys_email] and other system tables in Flow Designer
Even when you update that OOTB system property it's not allowed to select in Flow trigger, you can use that in Action
Why not use after update business rule on sys_email table for your requirement?
