Hi: I want to have a trigger on sys_email table in flow designer, but the table is not there to select. Any idea how to enable it?

Hi: Business requirement is that when an email reply to a Resolved incident is triggered we have a now assist skill that checks body of the email to see if it's just a thank you response and if so it does not re-open the incident, otherwise it re-opens the incident. The skill works fine on its own, but I am stuck in the trigger of the flow designer. The trigger should be the inbound email on incident. Can you tell me what is wrong with this trigger:

how is the skill working? what's the trigger of that skill?

Yes I would trigger the skill from the inbound email, but I can't seem to get the inbound email trigger in flow designer to work. That's the problem.. Thx
