I’m trying to integrate ServiceNow Surveys with Microsoft Teams, so that when an Incident is resolved, the survey is sent directly to the caller in a Teams chat instead of email. If anyone has implemented this or has sample patterns, scripts, or Flow Designer tips, I’d really appreciate your guidance.

If you want a conversationally fillable survey, easiest is probably to set up the virtual agent integration with either conversational interfaces or the itsm for ms 365 applications. Then you can use a provider notification [sys_notification] to trigger a virtual agent action (VA topic). I believe there is a topic block for surveys you can use to craft your topic for the notification.
If you just want to send links to the survey, the VA way is still quite easy to setup and very versatile. Otherwise you can look into the teams spoke or just the messaging api for teams.

Then definitely look into the virtual agent integration which is fairly straightforward with these apps
