Troubleshoot UI Action from History

HI Team,
Scenario: User clicked on a UI Action and a series of updates happened on the tickets
Question: Is there a way to find who clicked the UI Action after the updates are made ?
P.S. We dint have any activity tracks or logs posted in the UI Action scripts. Just wondering if there is a way to find the user who clicked and if the ui action was clicked at all.

Hi,
Have you check the History for that records, who updates the fields?
Configure---> History--->List
check the fields and updated by user name.

Depends on what happens. But is user x clicks on the UI action, the updates will show as done by user x in the activity log of the ticket.
You can also check the history of the record to see who changed what where (you do need to activate audit on the table).
