Trying to customize agile board

I am trying to customize agile board 

one of the scripts is pointing to 

/scripts/js_includes_agile_board.js

is there a way we can edit that

Hello, By any chance did you figured this out? I am looking to customise the agile board to show all the agile team groups in the sprint planning tab
