Hi,
I am trying to integrate with SAP Transport but we need to install the certificate from ServiceNow for the connection to work.
I tried to download the SN certificate from the browser but it comes up as untrusted.
Does anybody know the place from where we should be downloading it ?
Thank

Hi Sreeja,
You can download the certificates from browser.
1.Open any of your SN instances in Chrome.
2. Click on the green lock icon in the address bar
3. Click on "Connection" tab and then on certificate information.
4. The use 'Export to File" and use the required format to export it in.
5.Make sure to export the entire chain one at a time.

Hi Akhilesh,
Thanks very much for getting back to the Community with the info today!
In general, if it is required to download and "hardcode" the ServiceNow SSL Certificate, take note of the advice in Section 1.2 below.
SSL Certificate Information - ServiceNow Wiki
..
1.2 SSL Certificate Change Information
- Who is impacted by the SSL certificate change?
- While all customers use the new certificate, the only customers likely to require additional changes are those who have integrations, caching, or proxy servers that use a hard-coded ServiceNow SSL certificate. Normal web browsers like Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, or Safari are not affected.
...
So, if you have downloaded the ServiceNow SSL Certificate, make sure you are aware of any planned changes to the ServiceNow SSL Certificate and make sure you refresh your downloaded Certificate with the "new" one in good time.
Otherwise the integration will stop working...
Best Regards
Tony

Does include the same info that you get from exporting the certificate details via the browser.
