Turn Virtual Agent on in NOW Mobile?

We had a vendor install Virtual Agent in our Dev and Test instances and we just cloned our Prod down to Test and upgraded to Yokohama and lost Virtual Agent in our Test instance. The only place on NOW Mobile that we've seen it show up is on a URL page pointing to our service portal and displaying the pages from the portal. The portal pages display and use Virtual Agent from a pc, but they do not when we look on NOW Mobile.

 

Where do we go to turn Virtual Agent back on for NOW Mobile?
