Typeahead search is not working

Hi,

We are using typeahead search widget in one of our Service portal. Whatever we type in, it just brings up the same results – does not identify what we searched on and if we were to type for example “INC1”, it highlights in dropdown but why show the previous results still.

Refer the below thread where they have spearate knowledge articles , incidents and catalog items accordingly and apply that thing to your typeahead seaarch code.

Hope you got the answers.

If not here is the answer.

1) Goto Sys_properties.list

2) search for sysid is c7792ff60f0033003ff3cbb2ff767ed7

3) Open that record and change Value to "Typeahead".

4) Try to clear cache and search.

Hurray !! Hope it works ..
