UI Action Enable

Hello Community,

There are  catalog tasks assigned to Assignment group X,  Assignment group Y,  Assignment group Z are all created at the same time from one Request Item. When the tasks for Assignment group X  or  Assignment group Y  have their state field set to Closed complete , I want to enable the "Close Task" button on the task assigned to Assignment group Z. In other words, The task for Assignment Group Z's state should not be closed complete until the tasks for Assignment Group X or Assignment Group Y are closed complete. If the state of Assignment Group X catalog task  or Assignment Group Y  catalog task is "Open," the "Close Task" button for Assignment Group Z catalog task should not be active or visible.

How can I achieve this?

Many Thanks

Regards,

Beyza

Hi @beycos ,

Instead of modifying the UI Action for one catalog item, you can delay the creation of Third Catalog task. It should be created after first and second catalog item is closed complete.

If the above information helps you, Kindly mark it as Helpful and Accept the solution.
