UI action for ATF not showing

Hello,

I am getting this message for my Click UI Action step for the ATF:

FAILURE: Failed to find UI action 'Approve' on 'x_mtbr_ebs_cme_consumer_monitoring_reporting' form

Here is the screen shot showing the missing UI Action:

How or what is missing that I am unable to see this UI action in the ATF.  I can see it in the Default view of the portal as well as workspace.  I am using the Standard UI with the Default view for this step.  Can anyone provide some direction on what may be needed to get this to show please?

You should double check that the User you are using to view the form with on ATF has the correct roles to be able to see the "Approve" UI Action and double check by impersonating an Admin user if would be able to see the "Approve" Ui Action.

I have checked those items and then i did try to impersonate as an admin and still no luck.

Check the user for which it has been sent for approval.

then, impersonate with that user and then try to approve.
